On Saturday, March 24, two students from our school presented at the 2018 SGH Koshien (Super Global High School Research Summit) in Kwansei Gakuin University.
The SGH Koshien research presentation event was a competition held between all the designated SGH schools nationwide. The goal was task based and all the presenters had the opportunity to show their research outcomes and results.
From our School, we sent representatives from our Philippine program and from our Blue Peco’s East Timor study tour program to give poster presentations.
The topic was “NGO educational support in areas of high poverty in Asia and what we can do for children in those areas”. Our students presented in English about what was learned from participating in their programs, and what they feel are some possible actions that should be taken to support the countries they visited.
